Acquisition expands Alabama-based Dragonfly’s footprint, enhancing connectivity in rural communities
March 2026 (Opelika, AL) –– Dragonfly Internet announced the completion of its acquisition of Fast Wireless, a fixed wireless internet provider serving customers in Monroeville, Mexia, and Frisco City, Alabama. The transaction brings together two companies committed to delivering reliable, high-speed connectivity to rural and underserved communities and supports continued investment in expanding broadband access across the region.
