Andy Andrews

Tom DeBell
Tom DeBell, PE, JMT, FFCP, formed Modern Leadership Solutions after spending over 30 years in the public utility sector, including 20 years in senior and executive corporate leadership. As a business leader, Tom experienced all the negative stakes of overwhelm, dysfunction, and misalignment and learned strategies to overcome them. Tom helps overwhelmed business leaders reclaim wasted hours, focus on the most meaningful goals, and build daily practices to develop as leaders, leading to a healthier work-life balance while growing as a successful leader.
Chris Mayfield
As Regional Project Manager for Alabama Power, Chris focuses on managing growth opportunities for existing industries to create jobs and add prosperity to our communities. He works with local economic development organizations, community leaders, and government agencies to ensure their community is prepared for future growth. Prior to joining the Alabama Power Economic Development team, Chris was the Director of Existing Industry for the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce. His previous experience also includes fifteen years of business development within the Consumer Package Goods and Medical Software industries.
Tripp Ward
Tripp Ward is the Community Relations Manager for Alabama Power’s Mobile Division, serving Conecuh, Monroe, and Escambia counties. A 16-year veteran of Southern Company, his background spans customer service, plant compliance, business office management, and industrial economic development. Tripp actively leads regional growth, serving as Board President for the Atmore Chamber of Commerce, State Board President of the Alabama Power Service Organization, and on multiple economic development boards across Southwest Alabama.
